Our Company Secretarial Division was incorporated as "Piecederes Secretarial Services Limited" and provides corporate secretarial services for both Hong Kong and offshore-based companies. Our services include all aspects of company formation, such as incorporation, business registration, registration of a foreign corporation in Hong Kong and conducting company searches. We also provides corporate administration and secretarial services as required under the relevant corporate legislation which cover the maintaining of statutory records, filing statutory returns, preparing and submitting annual returns to Company Registry, provision of registered office, as well as providing local or non-resident directors and nominee shareholders.
